Leif Rickert new key account manager for print media at pps

Effectively immediately, Leif Rickert becomes key account manager for print media at Presse-Programm-Service GmbH (pps), Berlin, the leading producer and supplier of television program information in German-speaking Europe. Rickert assumes responsibility for the marketing of pps services to media partners in the print sector and will oversee pps’s major client accounts in Berlin. More than 100 daily newspapers, program guides, and TV supplements, both here and abroad, rely on the services of pps, be it for the supply of program listing data or the complete graphic and editorial production of TV program information pages. Leif Rickert will report directly to Michael Medelin, director of sales and marketing at pps.

The business college graduate will be able to draw on his extensive experience in the field of program listings publications. He previously served as project assistant to the publishing management team at the Bauer Media Group and oversaw, among other assignments, Fernsehwoche. Rickert acquired work experience abroad while working in the distribution department of H. Bauer Publishing in London.
